How much is admission to Sportime USA?

There is no admission fee.  Guests may purchase tokens for the arcade games, tickets for the attractions or one of our unlimited wristbands for the attractions they wish to participate in.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.  There is a $10 minimum purchase for all credit card purchases.

Do you have an ATM machine?

Yes, we do have an ATM machine for your convenience

What age is Sportime USA geared toward?

Sportime USA has rides, games and attractions for ages 1-99 years old

What are your hours?

Where do I get tokens?

We have many token machines placed throughout the game floor.  Tokens may only be purchased from these machines.

Do Batting cages take tokens or tickets?

Batting cages run on SPECIAL tokens.  There are separate batting token machines near the batting cage area.  These tokens are valid for batting only and DO NOT work for regular video games.  We prefer all minors be accompanied by adults.  However, kids may be dropped off at your discretion and responsibility.

How much is the cost for billiards?

Billiards are billed by the hour, per person playing.  Please see our prices page.

Where can I get change?

You can get change at the Front Desk from any of our cashiers

Do you have all day passes?

Yes- Super Value Bands #1, #2, #3 and #4 include unlimited attractions for the whole day.  The Soft Adventure bracelet is good for the whole day as well.  Please see our Pricing and Specials page.

Is there a charge for parking?

Sportime USA offers plenty of FREE parking

When do you start the rides?

An attendant will help you whenever you purchase a ticket

Can I bring food from the outside?

Unfortunately outside food is not permitted

Do you allow walk-in birthday parties?

Please call one of our party coordinators to assist you in this process.  Ice cream cakes may be purchased on-site for your convenience.

Can I use tokens for the attractions?

No, tokens are only used for the video and redemption games
